• Book event space, vendors and services early to negotiate discounts and maximize best pricing.
  • Including, but not limited to lodging, transportation, booth equipment and rentals, flooring, labor, cleaning services, audiovisual rental, lighting, computer projection, furniture rental, decorations, caterers, and entertainers.
   
• Provide traveling supervisor and staff. Such as techs, install supervisors, etc.
• Oversee on-site operations before, during, and after shows and events.

• Provide trade show strategy, marketing consultation and advice to maximize your ROI utilizing booth management techniques, pre and post-show marketing and service programs.
