design challenge

Watanmal are a large international company with multiple brands in the convenience food industry, their Indian office approached Nimlok with a view to exhibiting at SIAL 2004 in Paris. The whole project was co-ordinated on behalf of Watanmal by Design Core in Mumbai, India and project managed by Nimlok Ltd. (UK) making this a truly international undertaking. Watanmal decided to go with a concept developed by Nimlok Orange Country, which was then finalized and worked up into a finished design.

The final booth design clearly defined Watanmal's four separate brand names with areas to display product and to meet with clients and prospects. The majority of the trade show rental display was made with components from Nimlok's standard rental inventory, with the addition of some bespoke elements manufactured by Nimlok Ltd. The rental trade show exhibit was pre-built at Nimlok Ltd. and then shipped to Paris where a team from Nimlok Ltd. and Nimlok Euroservices (Holland) installed and dismantled the stand at the venue. The Nimlok solution was a great success and the stand made a huge impact at the show allowing Watanmal to have one of their best shows ever.
