exhibit and graphic design services:
Since you know your business better than we do - we listen! Nimlok Kansas City takes note of your corporate identity, the trade shows you attend, your needs and your vision when we begin the design process. Whether we’re designing a trade show booth that must also be affordable for you to use several times a year, or a donor wall to celebrate those most important to your company’s success, we carefully consider a number of factors. We consider all the details. Not only do we want your project to look great when it’s installed, but it also needs to look great for years to come and function properly. We are happy to work with your agency of record, or allow us to do the graphic design work for you. Our designers excel at trade show exhibit graphics, logo design, literature layouts and large graphic murals.
rental services:
Add variety to your changing exhibit needs with rental options. We rent tabletops, standard 10’ pop ups and custom island modular displays. We offer a wide variety of color schemes and configurations to make sure the look of the booth is the look you need. For a single show, or an entire year’s worth, our graphic design and production department can provide even your rental booth with personalization. To accompany your rental display, we also offer rental accessories, such as carpet, padding, furniture, lighting fixtures and literature holders. We can put together a rental package that fits your needs, maintains your budget and performs beyond expectation!
show services and small display management:
If you’re looking for one-stop-shopping, then look no further than Nimlok Kansas City. In addition to our design capabilities we also offer show services management for all of your upcoming trade shows. Provide us a list of the shows you’ll be attending and let us know what services you’d like during the show. Then leave the details to us! We will process the forms for floral, AV equipment, freight logistics, I & D labor and more. If you need it, we will make it happen! We provide you with a budget estimate before your show and a budget expense audit after the show is complete.
If your company is a frequent participant in smaller, more localized shows, such as wholesaler and distributor selling events requiring the use of portable displays, then we have the program for you. Through our Portable Exhibit Service Program we can efficiently coordinate all of your small event needs.
storage / refurbishment:
Not only can we design a brand new exhibit for you, but we can help keep it looking new throughout its life. Store your exhibit in our warehouse and we can ensure it will be properly maintained and cared for. You can send your brochures or other collateral materials to our warehouse location and we can pack those items with your display so that everything arrives on the show floor together. After a show, our warehouse staff will off-load it from the carrier and you will be notified of its return and condition. A refurbishment estimate is done and quoted to you each time your booth returns. So, any scratches, smudges or burnt out bulbs can easily and quickly be attended to before your next event. Our building is equipped with an alarm system, and a separate lock-up area is available for higher priced electronic or special equipment items.
