In early 1970, Gerald Perutz, and a group of investors founded Nimlok, LTD in London. At the time, Mr. Perutz was serving as CEO of Bell & Howell Limited, the eastern hemisphere headquarters of Bell & Howell, a multi-national conglomerate headquartered in Chicago.
In 1977, Mr. Perutz moved his family to Chicago to serve as Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors for the parent company. While working for Bell & Howell, he continued his work with Nimlok and in 1981 he and his son Simon started Nimlok Company, as the US office of Nimlok LTD.
In 1983, Mr. Perutz retired from Bell & Howell to focus his attentions on building Nimlok Company and Nimlok LTD. Today, he serves as Chairman of both companies and continues to remain involved in all aspects of the business.

Simon Perutz is President of Nimlok Company headquartered in Niles, Illinois near Chicago. Working with the board of Nimlok Ltd, Simon has shaped Nimlok into a leading-edge organization and established Nimlok as a leader in the exhibit and display industry. Simon also serves on the board of Nimlok Ltd., Wellingborough, UK.
Simon has been President of Nimlok Company since 1981. He has been a member of the Young Presidents' Organization since 1989.

Tim Perutz is Managing Director of Nimlok Ltd., Wellingborough, UK.
Tim has been Managing Director of Nimlok Ltd since 1992. Tim also works on the board of Nimlok's principle US business, Nimlok Company in Chicago which has several subsidiaries across the US and Canada.
Recent awards include the Northamptonshire Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2001.

Tina Vedovat is President of Nimlok Canada Ltd. Tina started her career with Nimlok Canada as the company's financial controller in 2003. One year later, she was promoted to Executive Vice-President and became president of Nimlok Canada in 2005.
Born in Cassino Italy, Tina is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) and an honors graduate of York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Tina is a veteran of the trade show industry, known for not only recognizing trends, but creating them.
