design challenge

Swiss manufacturer active in the U.S. market presents itself as a supplier of high-tech machinery using open, inviting rental trade show exhibit. Machinery too large to be at show - instead visually demonstrate it using 2 plasma screens plus many detailed graphics. Booth must include one large private meeting area, one semi-private meeting area for 4-6 and a bar for refreshments. Also need a reception desk and storage for brochures/snacks.

design solution

Build 16' exhibit of lightweight aluminum extrusion to create open, modern feel and to prominently display large fabric banners. Use standard Nimlok rental trade show exhibit panels for 4 counters with storage shelves and small meeting area. Custom make countertops. Create large private meeting area using smoked Plexiglas panels and for easy access connect to bar counter with small pass-through opening. Aluminum frame well suited to adding graphics anywhere.
