Design Challenge
Popticals manufactures high-performance sports sunglasses designed to withstand the rigors of outdoor activity. In 2014, Popticals partnered with Nimlok St. Louis to design a multimedia center and three freestanding information kiosks for their 20’ x 30’ custom exhibit. In 2016, Popticals became a sponsor of the Outdoor Retailers trade show in Salt Lake City and needed updates to their existing exhibit to help them make a bigger impact on the show floor. Popticals needed additional space to showcase their products and an area for client consultations.

Design Solution
Popticals partnered with expert Nimlok dealer, Nimlok St. Louis, to design additions to their 20’ x 30’ exhibit. To help Popticals make a bigger impact on the show floor, Nimlok St. Louis designed an additional backwall that featured a built-in custom shelf to better showcase Popticals’ products to visitors. To meet Popticals’ need for consultation space, Nimlok St. Louis built a custom bar equipped with drawers for product storage. The bar area served as an on-the-floor meeting area where visitors could speak with booth staff and learn more about Popticals product offerings. Finally, a circular hanging sign outfitted with eye-catching branded fabric graphics gave Popticals the overhead exposure they needed to stand out on the show floor. The additions Nimlok St. Louis made to Popticals’ 20’ x 30’ exhibit not only helped them showcase products, but also bolstered their brand prominence at the event.
